Payment
Choose a convenient method - we will take care of the security and quick confirmation of the order.
1. Online payment on the website (WayForPay)
- Pay with Visa/Mastercard/UnionPay cards.
- Payment goes through a secure gateway, you immediately receive an electronic receipt, and we - confirmation, after which the order is processed.
- If the payment did not go through - just try again or write to us at rizdviani.istorii@gmail.com, and we will help.
2. Payment by individual entrepreneur details
- After processing, we will send an invoice with details.
- In the payment destination, please indicate the order number. After the funds are credited, we will send a confirmation and prepare the shipment.
3. Cash on delivery (post-payment)
- Payment is possible upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch or by courier.
- Please note: the carrier "Nova Poshta" charges a commission of 2% of the transfer amount for the cash on delivery service.
Useful to know
- For quick delivery of Christmas tree decorations, the most convenient payment method is online payment.
- If the order is placed outside working hours, confirmation will be made on the next working day.
- We send all the details to your e-mail: order status, receipt and track number after shipment.
Delivery
We carefully pack fragile items and ship them throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta.
Delivery methods:
1. You can pick up your order at the nearest Nova Poshta branch or ATM. Self-collection at a time convenient for you. Delivery cost from 80 UAH.
2. Use the "Delivery by courier" service - delivery "to your door" at a convenient day and time. The cost is calculated according to the carrier's tariffs.
3. Pick-up from the factory - by prior arrangement. Address: Klavdievo-Tarasovoe (Kyiv region, Borodyanskyi district).
Delivery time:
- Delivery time for Christmas tree decorations 1-3 days, depending on the region
- The online store "Christmas Stories" is not responsible for delays in the delivery of goods due to the work of Nova Poshta.
- During peak periods, delays are possible from the delivery service (we always provide a track number and help track the parcel).
Delivery terms:
- Delivery of Christmas tree decorations to temporarily occupied territories is not carried out.
- The customer pays the delivery cost according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta.
Important:
- Be sure to inspect the toys for integrity and content upon receipt at the post office.
- In case of any damage - take a photo of the product, send it to us via messengers or by mail and call us for a prompt resolution of issues!
Delivery abroad
We deliver orders outside of Ukraine using Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. The cost of international delivery is calculated individually and depends on the country of destination, parameters and volume of the parcel.
So that we can calculate the cost of delivery, in the comments to the order, indicate:
- country and city of receipt;
- zip code;
- street and house number;
- recipient's first and last name;
- contact phone number (for communication);
- contact email address (for communication);
After placing the order, our manager will calculate the cost of delivery and contact you. We will inform you of the total amount of the order along with delivery.
You can pay for the order online via WayForPay or using the details of your individual entrepreneur. In countries where Nova Poshta branches operate (for example, in Poland), with certain delivery methods, you can pay the cost of delivery directly upon receipt.
Estimated international delivery time is 7-14 days depending on the destination country and the selected carrier.
Important: International delivery times and costs may vary depending on the country, package size, and carrier conditions.

Holiday working hours:
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM on December 24th will be shipped that day. All orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped on December 26th (the warehouse is closed on December 25th).
- Orders placed before 12:00, December 30th, will be shipped on that day. All orders placed after 12:00 will be shipped on January 2-3rd (the warehouse is closed from December 31st to January 1st).
